Kathy Kennady
Director of Human Resources
Kathy joined JMA in 1999, bringing
with her more than ten years
of experience in human resource
management. Since becoming part
of the JMA team, she has become
a specialist in medical recruitment.
Before joining JMA, she worked
for Redwood Medical Group for
12 years. While there, she managed
all human relations matters,
including recruitment of physicians.
Kathy is an active member of
the Society for Human Resource

Ray Madrigal
Payroll Administrator
For more than a decade, Ray
has been managing payroll processing
and data entry at JMA. His responsibilities
include payroll data entry and
account set-up for new employees.
He manages all accounts, including
payroll, checking, automatic
debit, and fund transfers. Since
2000, Ray has been a certified
member of the American Payroll
Association.

Tammy Attard
Vice President
A JMA employee for nearly 20
years, Tammy is well versed
in every aspect of the business
of human resource management.
Her work currently focuses on
payroll, accounting & COBRA
benefits. Tammy now works with
JMA on a part-time basis and
is available on site mostly
on payroll processing days.
Tammy holds a bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration
with an emphasis in Human Resources
& Accounting from San Francisco
State University.

Anne Marie Bustos
Operations Manager
Anne Marie is responsible for
alternative work schedule programs,
including developing procedures
and ensuring compliance. She
also oversees leave of absences,
time sheet auditing, development
of job descriptions, and generation
of reports. Anne Marie received
an associate in applied science
degree in Computer Business
& Administration from Heald
College of Business and Technology
in San Francisco. Call on Anne
Marie when you know an employee
needs to take a leave of absence
due to a new baby, surgery or
other situation.

Sue Plasai
Accounting Manager
Since 2003, Sue has been managing
JMA’s accounting and financial
processes. Her duties, which
capitalize upon her more than
20 years of experience in finance,
include 401K administration
and worker’s compensation
program reporting, year-end
audit and reconciliation. She
also is part of JMA’s
billing and payroll team and
serves as the primary contact
for Sheldon Gross, M.D, Inc.
Sue received her bachelor’s
degree in Accounting from Chulalongkorn
University in Bangkok, Thailand
and a master’s degree
in Economics from San Francisco
State University. She has nearly
completed the requirements for
her Certified Public Account
certificate and volunteers her
services as the auditor for
the Lowell High School PTSA
in San Francisco. For issues

Pier DuPee
Human Resources Manager/Recruitment Specialist

Marco Martinez
Recruiting Manager
The newest member of the JMA team, Marco brings to his position more than ten years of experience as a healthcare recruiter specializing in the hiring of nurses and allied health professionals. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Human Resources Generalist for a hospital in Baltimore. In that position, he tackled assignments in recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and the training of new and current staff members. Marco received his bachelor’s of science degree in Human Resource Management from Sacramento State University. Yesenia Bustillo
HR Coordinator
Yesenia’s responsibilities include managing the paperwork associated with payroll, insurance, worker’s compensation, and employee reviews.
